Meet our coaches
Liv
Head Coach
Liv has 11 years of experience and is a highly qualified coach. She competed in acrobatics for 8 years and qualified in the final of the British tournament, as well as achieving a gold medal in an international competition in Paris.
Liv coaches all classes, Tuesday - Saturday.
Jodie
Coach
Jodie has a passion for gymnastics after supporting her own children at regional and international competitions for over 4 years. She has recently started out her coaching journey and has been coaching with us since December 2021.
Jodie coaches our Recreational classes on a Wednesday.
Maisie
Coach
Maisie has been coaching with us since the start of CAAG. She retired from competitive acrobatic gymnastics in 2021, after achieving a bronze medal in the regional championships and a bronze medal in an international competition in Paris. Maisie is a dedicated member of our team.
Maisie coaches our Advanced Rec, Mini Pre-Comp, Pre-Comp & Comp Squad.
Kiki
Assistant Coach
Kiki has very recently retired from gymnastics after a successful 8 years in the sport. She is now passing on her knowledge to our future gymnasts.
Kiki currently coaches our Advanced Rec & Pre Comp Squad.
Lola, Tay, Myla, Daisy
Assistant Coaches
Lola, Tay, Myla & Daisy have recently started their coaching journey with us, alongside their training. Most of these gymnasts are competing throughout the year in our Competition Squad, including International Competitions, so they are now starting the relay their knowledge to our Recreational gymnasts.
